A Casual Everyday Makeup

The warmer months have brought in fresh peaches and corals and at the moment, these are perfect for me for a casual look. I’ve been reaching out for a easy and effortless look lately without reaching out for heavy products and I thought I’d share with you this look.

In the summers, I prefer a bb/cc cream for a base instead of going with a foundation. I feel it’s a light way to start up with and it does provide a good coverage. It also has the benefit of moisturizing the skin and giving a slight tint at the same time. At the moment, I’m loving Estee Lauder’s. While using a bb cream, I don’t go too crazy with a  concealer. Just dabbing some Maybelline’s Fit Me concealer under my eyes and I’m good to go!

I also prefer a blush over a bronzer in the warmer weather. I think it’s the best time to freshen up things and add a little more colour through peaches, pinks, corals etc. Raspberry Sheen from Sephora has been my favourite this time which gives a natural and  soft pink look.

For the eyes, I go with minimal makeup. The Blushed Nudes from Maybelline is my go-to palette which creates an easy and a beautiful contoured crease and a shaded lid. The colours are easy to blend and give a fresh all-day-long look, perfect for a warm weather. For a complete eye makeup, it’s necessary to put Estee Lauder‘s Sumptous Lifting Mascara.

And yes, an effortless everyday look is completed by a neutral and nude lip shade. London from NYX lip cream is a beautiful shade with a vanilla fragrance ( I love!) which gives the right colour for a casual look. It’s super easy to wear with a light eye makeup or a smokey eye too!
